The item(s) being returned must be UNOPENED and include ALL original packaging, manuals, and accessories that came with the product.
Eligible refunds of cash or check purchases will be in the form of a company check mailed from our office within 10 business days.
Eligible refunds of credit/debit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

Cartridges brought in for exchange are subject to inspection. Credits or refunds issued will be for the item value. Any cartridges with defects will gladly be exchanged within 60 days of purchase.
